kuusen aika is a composer and multi-instrumentalist who creates ambient music, inspired by nostalgia for life in the northern latitudes near Finland.

Her work is also influenced by artists such as Sigur Rós — particularly the compositions Route One and Hlemmur 1 — as well as Ruïneer, Argo Nuff, This Will Destroy You, Windy & Carl, and others.
